My Circle Alerts

Your “Check In Circle” lets you connect with loved ones, empowering users to create a close-knit circle of friends, family, and supporters with whom they can easily share their daily thoughts, feelings, and well-being updates.

Users can select from a range of emotional icons from 1-5 to indicate how they are feeling, along with the option to leave a brief message to explain their status in more detail. By sharing their check-in status with their circle, users can receive support and encouragement from those who care about them, and foster more open and honest conversations about mental health. Additionally, users can create their own check-in circle, adding friends, family members, or other supporters to receive notifications when they check in. This feature is designed to help users build a strong support network and prioritize their mental health, while staying connected with those who matter most to them.

Mood Tracker

The “Daily Mood Tracker” feature  empowers users to proactively monitor their emotional well-being and track their moods with the integrated calendar feature.

Once prompted, users can select from 5 different emotional icons to indicate how they are feeling, and have the option to leave additional comments to record their mood in more detail. By tracking their moods and emotions on a daily basis, users can gain valuable insights into their mental health, and identify patterns or triggers that may impact their mood. This feature is designed to empower users to take control of their mental health and well-being, and develop greater self-awareness and resilience over time.
